Customer Portal

You can use the Customer Portal to apply for the following job requests:


  • Visitor Access
  • Engineering Support
  • Interconnection
  • Disconnection
  • Retrieve from Storage
  • Shipment Request
  • Equipment Removal

* Only Authorized Persons are allowed to access the Customer Portal
* Please submit your Work Appointment Form one (1) working day in advance.
* Two (2) working days are required for Shipment Request.


For Faxed / Scanned Requests

  1. Fill in the application form(click here to download).
  2. Print out the completed form.
  3. Sign and put company chop on the printed form and return to HKCOLO Limited by fax +852 2563 8246, or by email to order.admin@hkcolo.com for further processing.
