* Please submit your Work Appointment Form one (1) working day in advance.
* Two (2) working days are required for Shipment Request.

For Faxed / Scanned Requests

Print out the completed form.
Sign and put company chop on the printed form and return to HKCOLO Limited by fax +852 2563 8246, or by email to order.admin@hkcolo.com for further processing.
