You can use the Customer Portal to apply for the following job requests:
- Visitor Access
- Engineering Support
- Interconnection
- Disconnection
- Retrieve from Storage
- Shipment Request
- Equipment Removal
* Only Authorized Persons are allowed to access the Customer Portal
* Please submit your Work Appointment Form one (1) working day in advance.
* Two (2) working days are required for Shipment Request.
For Faxed / Scanned Requests
- Fill in the application form(click here to download).
- Print out the completed form.
- Sign and put company chop on the printed form and return to HKCOLO Limited by fax +852 2563 8246, or by email to order.admin@hkcolo.com for further processing.
